Similarities between angiosperms and gymnosperms.

Angiosperms and gymnosperms have a number of similarities. Firstly, for both, seeds are the main breeding method. Second, both have pollen to fertilize. But if in most angiosperms pollen is carried by insects, then in gymnosperms this is done for some species with the help of insects, and for others – thanks to the wind. Also in many species there are male and female plants, both in gymnosperms and angiosperms, and seeds appear only in females.
