Similarities in the natural conditions of Egypt and Mesopotamia:

The presence of large rivers: Nile (Egypt), Tigris and Euphrates (Mesopotamia);
The presence of fertile lands (frequent floods of rivers were the reason for the enrichment of lands with useful minerals.
