Suggest three ways to get iron from Fe2O3 iron ore using different reducing agents.

Iron is obtained from iron ore by reduction. In this case, iron ions with an oxidation state of +3, accepting electrons, are reduced to iron atoms. Coal (C), bivalent carbon monoxide (CO), hydrogen (H2) are used as reducing agents in industry. Also, there is a method of aluminothermy, where aluminum is used as a reducing agent. The reactions proceed according to the following equations:
a) 2 Fe2O3 + 3 C = 2 Fe +3 CO2;
b) Fe2O3 +3 CO = 2 Fe + 3 CO2;
c) Fe2O3 +3 H2 = 2 Fe + 3 H2O;
e) Fe2O3 +2 Al = 2 Fe + Al2O3.
