Symmetry type of hepatic flukes.

There are 2 types of symmetry in animals: radial and bilateral. The first is characteristic of echinoderms (for example, jellyfish and coral polyps), and also reappears in some other groups, for example, in echinoderms. The second begins to manifest itself in animals, starting with flatworms.
The hepatic fluke is a flatworm; it exhibits classic bilateral symmetry, in which both halves of the body are almost completely identical.
