The angle between the incident and reflected rays is 60 degrees. What is the angle of reflection?

According to the laws of light reflection from a smooth surface, the angle of incidence and the angle of reflection are equal to each other. The angle of reflection is written with the letter α (alpha), reflections – β (beta). The condition leaves α + β = 60 degrees, the condition α = β, therefore
β + β = 60
2β = 60
β = 60: 2
β = 30 degrees.
