First you need to find the second side of the rectangle.
a = 15 cm b =?
S = a * b
120 = 15 * b
b = 120/15
b = 8 cm
Now you can find the perimeter too:
P = 2 * (a + b) = 2 * (15 + 8) = 2 * 23 = 46 cm
