| First of all, we express the width of the rectangle, provided that its area is 130 dm², and the length = 130 cm.
We know that S = a * b. Therefore: b = S: a.
1 dm = 10 cm, so a = 130: 10 = 13 dm.
b = 130: 13 = 10 dm.
The perimeter of such a figure is calculated by the formula:
P = 2a + 2b = 2 * 12 + 2 * 10 = 24 + 20 = 44 dm.
