using the area formula, we find the width of the rectangle:
S = a * b, a-length, b-width
b = S / a = 4 / 2.5 = 1.6 m.
The perimeter is:
P = 2 * (a + b) = 2 * (2.5 + 1.6) = 2 * 4.1 = 8.2 m
Answer: b = 1.6 m, P = 8.2 m
