The main structural unit of a plant, like any other living organism, with the exception of viruses, is the cell. It is the cell that is the smallest living system. There are unicellular organisms, including plants. There are unicellular algae. Also, you can distinguish between higher and lower plants. They are composed of cells, but the lower ones have no organs. Animals, protozoa, fungi and others are also composed of cells.
