If for every 50 km the car consumes 6 liters of gasoline, and our car drove 500 km, then it was spent:
1) 500/50 = 10 – the number of times that gasoline was consumed.
2) 10 * 6 = 60 liters.
Answer: a car will consume 60 liters of gasoline for 500 kilometers.
