The blood group depends on the combination of three genes in the genotype – A, B, O:
Group 1 – OO
Group 2 – AA or AO
Group 3 – BB or BО
4 group – AB
The child has group 4 – AB, his mother has group 3 – BB or BO. Means:
1 man with blood group 3, like the mother, cannot be the father of this child, since none of the parents carries the A gene;
2 a man with a blood group OO will not be a father for the same reason;
3 man, with 2 blood group – AO or AA, may be the father of the child, since he could pass the gene A.
