The deepest depression in the oceans?

The deepest depression on earth is the Mariana Trench, which is located in the Pacific Ocean, south of Japan and west of the Philippines. The depth is almost 11 thousand meters. For the first time a man descended into the Mariana Trench in 1960, and they did it on the bathyscaphe Trieste, built in Switzerland. The second dive took place only 52 years later, in 2012. It is characteristic that even at the very bottom of the depression, life was found.
