To calculate the change in the force of interaction, we substitute all the data into the Coulomb’s law: F1 = k * q1.1 * q2.1 / R1 ^ 2; F2 = k * q1.2 * q2.2 / R2 ^ 2 = k * 2 * q1.1 * 2 * q2.1 / (2R1) ^ 2 = 4 * k * q1.1 * q2.1 / 4R1 ^ 2 = k * q1.1 * q2.1 / R1 ^ 2 = F1 (will not change).
