According to the data that is considered to be official: 2,100 thousand buildings, 195.5 thousand enterprises, 253 thousand peasant lands were destroyed. Less than 1% of blast furnaces were in operation. Coal production decreased by 4 times. The franc fell 6 times. At least 100 thousand industrial and commercial enterprises lost all their capital and finances. There was a shortage of equipment, food, raw materials, the transport system was out of order. 3/4 of the urban population was malnourished.
