1. In the HВ triangle is the height. Consider the triangle ABН, it is rectangular,
where AB is hypotenuse, ВН is leg. AB = 80 cm BH = 4 dm = 40 cm. BH is equal to half AB, which means the angle A = 30⁰ is the angle at the base, which means the angle C = 30, since the angles at the base of an isosceles triangle are equal.
2. Find angle B. The sum of the angles of the triangle is 180⁰.
B = 180 – (30 + 30) = 120⁰.
Answer: A = 30⁰; C = 30⁰; B = 120⁰.
