The importance of photosynthesis for humanity?

Photosynthesis is a process that occurs with plants, but affects all the inhabitants of the planet. In the course of it, oxygen is formed – the gas that people and animals breathe. This is why it is so important to conserve green spaces that help the world breathe.

Also, during photosynthesis, carbon dioxide is absorbed, which in modern conditions is emitted into the atmosphere in huge quantities. If the plants did not take it from the air at least partially, the air would end up being very dirty and unfit for breathing.
