The largest asteroids and their movement.

1. Ceres. Size 975 * 909 km. In 1802 it was classified as an asteroid, and since 2006 it has acquired the status of a dwarf planet. The path of Ceres lies between Mars and Jupiter, but there is a deviation in the course of motion.
2. Pallas. Size 582 * 556 km. Its distance to the Sun changes as the asteroid is orbiting with a large deviation. It contains many minerals.
3. Hygea. Diameter 407 km. This asteroid was discovered later than the others. Contains carbon. The Japanese satellite Akari revealed the presence of hydrated minerals in the asteroid. Does not intersect with our orbit, moves around the Sun.
