1) Find the length of the second side, if it is known that it is 80% of the length of the first, and the first 5 cm.

5 cm – 100%

X cm – 80%;

X = 80 * 5/100;

X = 4 cm.

2) Find the length of the third side, if it is known that it is 60% of the length of the first.

5 cm – 100%

X cm – 60%;

X = 60 * 5/100;

X = 3 cm.

3) Find the perimeter of the triangle.

P = 5 + 4 + 3 = 12 cm.

Answer: The perimeter of the triangle is 12 cm.
