The length of the rectangular parallelepiped is 40 cm, the width is three-fifths of the length, and the height is three-fourths of the width. Find the volume of this parallelepiped.
1) Find the width of the parallelepiped.
40 * 3/5 = 24 cm
2) Calculate the height of the parallelepiped.
24 * ¾ = 18 cm
3) Determine the volume of the parallelepiped, which is equal to the product of length, width and height.
40 * 24 * 18 = 17280 cm2
