An error was made in the problem statement. It is not indicated that the given triangle is equilateral.
1. MK – middle line. AB = BC = AC.
2. We calculate the length of the AC side, taking into account that the middle line of the triangle MK has a length
half the length of the parallel side of the speaker:
AC = 8 x 2 = 16 centimeters.
2. We calculate the sum of the lengths of the sides of a given triangle (perimeter – P):
P = AB + BC + AC = 16 + 16 + 16 = 48 centimeters.
Answer: The perimeter of a given triangle is 48 centimeters.
