Let’s consider some organ systems using the example of the human body. The circulatory system is made up of blood vessels and the heart. There are three types of blood vessels. The respiratory system starts from the nasal or oral cavity. Air passes through the pharynx into the trachea. Then it enters the bronchi, and after them – into the lungs. The lungs are paired organs to increase the area of gas exchange. The digestive system begins in the mouth. Through the pharynx, food passes into the esophagus, then into the stomach and intestines.
