The collapse of the Golden Horde took place in the 15th century. Then it was divided into: Nogai Horde, Crimean Khanate, Kazan Khanate, Siberian Khanate, Astrakhan Khanate. Most of them were absorbed by Russia during the reign of Tsar Ivan the Terrible, who was forced to fight the nomads.
