The occupation of slaves in ancient Egypt.

Slaves in ancient Egypt performed any work in their master’s house: they cooked food, cleaned rooms, worked in the garden and in the fields, looked after pets.
Slaves built roads, pyramids and houses for their owners. The guilty slave was severely punished, but the master had no right to kill him.
