Fish have organs of vision. Accordingly, they must have certain parts of the brain, where the analysis of the received nerve signals from the organs of vision takes place. In fish, the midbrain is responsible for this. A person has lobes of the brain that analyze signals from the eyes in the hemispheres. There are also areas that are responsible for auditory, taste and other perceptions. But these are different parts of the hemispheres.
