| 1. A, B, C – the vertices of the triangle.
2. According to the condition of the problem, the AC is less than AB by 6 meters. Therefore, AC = AB – 6.
3. Further calculations are performed using the formula for calculating the perimeter of a triangle:
AC + AB + BC = 60 meters.
BC = AB, since this triangle is isosceles.
4. Substitute in the original formula AB instead of BC and (AB – 6) instead of AC:
AB – 6 + 2AB = 60.
3AB = 66.
AB = 66: 3 = 22 meters.
AC = 22 – 6 = 16 meters.
Answer: AC = 16 meters, AB = BC = 22 meters.
