The perimeter of the rectangle is 30cm. The length of one side is 6 cm.
P = 30 = 2 * 6 + 2a = 12 + 2a.
2a = 30 – 12.
2a = 18.
a = 9 cm – the length of the second side.
S = 9 * 6 = 54 cm2.
