The reasons for the success of the Bolsheviks in the October uprising.

Until 1917, the dissatisfaction of the common population of the country with the conditions in which they were forced to be was growing. The peasants wanted to get land ownership, to develop their farms. The workers advocated shorter working hours and better working conditions. The Bolsheviks were able to offer people what they had not been able to achieve for many years. And this aroused sympathy among the common population. They began to accept people into their party, to expand it. This was the reason for the success.
