Decision;
1) Find the width of the rectangle:
8: 2 = 4 (cm) – the width of the rectangle.
2) Find the area of the rectangle:
S = 8 × 4 = 32 (cm2) – the area of the rectangle.
Answer: the area of the rectangle is 32 cm2.
