| Let’s find the width of the rectangle if it is said that it is 3 meters longer than the length:
8 + 3 = 11 (m) – width.
To find the area (S) of a rectangle, you need to multiply the sides by each other:
S = 8 * 11 = 88 M2.
To find the perimeter (P), add the sides together and multiply by two:
P = (8 + 11) * 2 = 19 * 2 = 38 M.
