| The perimeter of a rectangle is easy to find using the formula: 2 * (a + b), where a and b are its width and length. From the conditions of the problem, we obtain two inequalities:
a <8.5;
b <4.3.
Adding them up we get:
a + b <12.8.
Multiplying by 2 we get:
2 * (a + b) <25.6.
