According to the condition, we have a rectangular hall with an area of 60 square meters and a width of 6 meters. It does not have to be exactly the hall, let’s say that it is just a rectangle. To find the length in a rectangle where the area and width are known, you need to divide the area by the length, or, as here, divide 60 by 6:

60: 6 = 10 (meters) – the length of the hall.
