The role of humanism in changing a person’s place in society and the state.

Humanism is a philosophical doctrine, whose father is rightfully considered Francesco Petrarca, an Italian poet and thinker. Putting a person’s life at the forefront, it aims to improve it as much as possible, to save one from dangers and inconveniences, since only in such conditions a harmoniously developed personality can be formed. As a result, with the humanization of the world, the role that ordinary citizens played in society and the state changed. Their opinion became more important, influencing the adoption of laws. Little by little, even the conservative church policy was rebuilt, ceasing to see in the parishioners obedient slaves of God. The freedom of the individual is the main achievement of humanism.
