The perimeter of the trapezoid is equal to the sum of the lengths of the sides and bases.
If we subtract the lengths of the lateral sides from the perimeter of the trapezoid, we get the sum of the lengths of the bases of the trapezoid:
48 cm – (13 cm + 15 cm) = 20 cm.
The middle line of a trapezoid is equal to half the sum of the lengths of the bases:
(20 cm) / 2 = 10 cm.
Answer: 10 cm.
