The similarities and differences between chlamydomonas and ciliates-shoes.

Chlamydomonas and slipper ciliates are protists (respectively, eukaryotes). Infusoria-slipper is a heterotrophic protist, chlamydomonas is autoheterotrophic. Infusoria-slipper reproduces under favorable conditions by transverse division, under unfavorable conditions – by sexual process (conjugation), chlamydomonas under favorable conditions multiplies with the help of zoospores, under unfavorable conditions – with the formation of gametes. In the ciliate shoe, the body is covered with cilia, the chlamydomonas have flagella. Undigested food debris is removed through the powder (in the ciliate shoe).
