The structure and significance of tree buds.

The outer layer of the kidney consists of renal scales. A rudimentary stem is located at the base. Inside there is a rudimentary bud, as well as rudimentary leaves or rudimentary flowers. Thanks to the buds, the trees grow. In the spring, when it gets warm and sunny, the buds sprout and leaves or flowers appear. New shoots appear from the axillary bud. The apical bud allows the shoot to grow in length. Dormant buds are a fallback in a tree’s life. They germinate only when the tree trunk dies.
