The structure of the dysentery amoeba and what does it eat?

Dysentery amoeba has 5 life forms, each of which is similar in structure and differs significantly only in cysts. The large vegetative form consists of cytoplasm, divided into two layers – ectoplasm and endo-plasma, nuclei and may also contain phagocytosed erythrocytes or bacteria. Cysts are covered with a dense transparent membrane, contain from 1 to 4 nuclei and chromatoid bodies in the form of translucent rods with rounded ends.
