The sum of the two angles of an isosceles trapezoid is 140, find the larger angle.
May 3, 2021 | education
| In an isosceles trapezoid, the angles at the base and at the upper side are equal in pairs. The sum of all four angles in a trapezoid is 360 degrees, so the sum of the two remaining angles is 360 – 140 = 220 degrees. These angles are equal to each other, which means that one largest angle is 220: 2 = 110 degrees.
