The terms of the peace treaty of the Caucasian War with Russia in 1817-1864.

The Caucasian War ended with the annexation of the lands of the North and North-West Caucasus to the territory of Russia. In subsequent years, Russia sought to strengthen the stability of these regions, providing residents with land. The taxes collected in these territories were used only for the development of the region. Also, some of the funds were allocated from the general budget of Russia. The dependent population was freed, and literacy was spread.
