The two rectangles have the same area. The length of the first is 18 cm, width is 4 cm. Find the width of the second rectangle if its length is 2 times less than the length of the first rectangle. Determine the perimeter of each rectangle.

18 x 4 = 72 cm2.
2. The length of the second rectangle is 2 times less than the length of the first:
18: 2 = 9 cm.
