The width of the rectangle = 9mm by convention. It is 1 cm less than the length. So length = 1cm 9mm or 19mm.
P = 2a + 2b = 2 * 9 + 2 * 19 = 18 + 38 = 56mm.
S = a * b = 9 * 19 = 171mm.
