Theories of the origin of the ancient Russian state.

There are two main theories of the origin of the ancient Russian state – these are Norman and Anti-Norman (Slavic)
The Norman theory is a theory in which it is said that the Slavs themselves invited the Varangians to their lands, so that they would rule on their territory and build a state.
Antinormannskaya theory is a theory which denies that the Vikings took part in the creation of the Old Russian state. And the emergence of a state is a long process of development of society.
