There are 3 girls and 5 boys in the management organization. 2 people are replacing. Find the probability of two young men getting into the shift.

According to the same formula and scheme as in problem 1.
P (C) = P (A) * P (B)

A big event is the probability of two young men getting into a shift
Substitute in the formula and get:
R (S) = first youth and second youth
And- multiplication
We get:
P (S) = P (s) * P (s)

P (A) = favorable outcomes (m) / number of total outcomes (n)
There are 8 outcomes in total, because 3 girls and 5 boys – add them up and get 8.

P (s) = 5/8 = 0.6. (5 because we have 5 boys, these are favorable for us)
Now we substitute in our formula:
P (C) = 0.6 * 0.6 = 0.36
