To what time does the formation of statehood in the Eastern Slavs belong?

For the Eastern Slavs, the state, by European standards, appeared quite late, this process covered the period from the second half of the 9th century to the first half of the 11th century. You can keep a record from 862, that is, from the vocation of the Varangians of Rurik to Novgorod and Ladoga, it was then the distant, northern part of the area of residence of the East Slavic tribes. However, only in 882, Prince Oleg managed to take Kiev and establish control over the trade route along the Dnieper, he then connected Byzantium and Scandinavia.

At the end of the 10th century, Russia adopted Christianity, and in the first third of the 11th century, the first set of laws appeared. All of the above can be considered the formation of the state.
