1. Let’s find the side AB by the Pythagorean Theorem.
AB ^ 2 = AC ^ 2 + BC ^ 2
AB = √ (16 + 16) = √32 = 4√2
2. Since triangle ABC is rectangular, its hypotenuse is equal to the diameter of the circle circumscribed about this triangle.
And the radius is half the diameter.
Then radius = 4√2 / 2 = 2√2
