2. Find out what area one bulb occupies.

50 m2. = 500,000 cm2.

500,000/1000 = 500 cm2.

3. What is the area of one flower bed?

500 * 400 = 200,000 cm2. = 20 m2.

4. What is the area of the other flower bed?

500 * 600 = 300,000 cm2. = 30 m2.

Answer: One flower bed covers an area of twenty square meters, another flower bed covers an area of thirty square meters.
