Two planes are parallel to one straight line. Are they parallel to each other?

The planes are parallel to each other if they are parallel to two intersecting straight lines, thus the parallelism of both planes of one straight line is not enough for an unambiguous statement about their mutual parallelism.
However, let’s say that two planes are parallel to each other if they are parallel to one straight line. To prove the incorrectness of this statement, it is enough to give at least one example that refutes it. An example is two intersecting planes a and b together with a straight line l, which is parallel to a straight line k passing through the set of points of intersection of planes a and b, but does not belong to any of the planes.
