• Ignoring. (The parties involved in the conflict pretend that there is no contradiction between them, they try to forget insignificant differences, try with all their might to avoid an open clash)
•Compromise. (Agreement based on mutual concessions)
• Device. (Participants hide their problems, try not to reveal a contradiction)
•Rivalry. (The parties strive to achieve maximum satisfaction of their own interests)
