Was it possible to restore the economy of the USSR after the war?

In the first years, it was not possible to do this, because the scale of destruction of infrastructure and industry was severe, and the loss of people was great. All this left an imprint on the speed of restoration of the state after such tragic years of war. Gallant reports that the restoration was completed in a few years are untrue. It was not possible to quickly electrify the country, therefore, until the 1960s, there was no elementary electric light in many villages of the Soviet Union.
