Was the conflict between the North American colonies and Great Britain inevitable?

This conflict could have been ruled out if Great Britain had conducted a more loyal policy towards the colonies. In particular, it would require less tax burden, would support greater independence in the actions of the colonies in isolation from the metropolis and in the absence of the possibility of a quick exchange of information. At the same time, the colonies themselves could make some concessions in relation to London.
