The personality cult began to form during the reign of Lenin. There was a one-party system in the country, the authorities fought against all those who disagreed with the current policy. People were forced to do what the authorities insisted on: a food dictatorship began, hired labor was prohibited. At the same time, only a new ideology was promoted: that everyone acts for the good, builds a bright future. The personality of Lenin did not come up as often as it did with the personality of Stalin: it was generally said about him that he could not be wrong.
